1. Eligibility
All doctoral students enrolled and registered in September 2026 (including both newly admitted and current PhD students).
2. Fellowship Amount & Duration
(1)Stipend: NT$40,000 per month.
(2)Duration: Subject to annual evaluation. For those who pass the evaluation, the fellowship lasts up to 3 years (from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2029).
(3)Graduation Note: For students who graduate within 3 years, the stipend will cease in the month of graduation.
3. Application Submission
Please complete both Hard Copy and Electronic submissions before the deadline:
Submit the signed and stamped application form only to the College of Law and Politics Office (Room 540, Social Sciences and Management Building) to Ms. Chiu.
Email one complete PDF file (combining the application form and all supporting attachments) to yashih@nchu.edu.tw.
4. Required Documents Checklist
(1)Application Form (Signed and Stamped).
(2)Official Academic Transcripts:
New PhD students: Master's degree transcripts.
Current PhD students: PhD degree transcripts.
(3)Research Proposal: Max 10 pages (including references), written in either Chinese or English.
Note: Applications exceeding the 10-page limit will be disqualified immediately.
(4)Other Supporting Materials: No page limit (any certificates, papers, or documents helpful for evaluation).
